Before your first signature.
What does $59 per year include?
One annual subscription covers one registered website and unlimited petitions on that site. Customize your campaigns, publish a hosted petition page, embed it on your website, and manage confirmed signatures in your private dashboard. Build and preview for free; publishing requires confirmed payment.
How are signatures confirmed?
Each signer receives a confirmation email and must open its link and press the confirmation button before their signature counts. The link expires after 24 hours. This confirms access to the email address; it is not identity or voter verification. Pending signatures are excluded from confirmed-signature exports.
Does Rally send the petition to decision-makers?
You deliver it yourself. Rally sends confirmation emails to signers, then lets you export confirmed signatures and email, print, or present them to your decision-makers whenever you choose. It does not send campaign emails to officials.
What is in the signature export?
The standard CSV includes each confirmed signer’s name, confirmation date, and ZIP or postal code if collected. A separate contact export option adds email addresses and campaign-update consent. Updates are optional and consent is separate from signing; an email in the export does not automatically mean permission to send campaign updates. See a fictional sample CSV ↓
Can someone remove their signature?
A signer should contact your organization using the privacy information on your petition. In your private dashboard, open View confirmed signatures and choose Remove signature. Also review any copies you already downloaded or shared. Signature management guide →
Can I cancel, and what happens if renewal fails?
Yes. Open My account → My petitions and use Manage billing on a petition’s card to cancel future renewal through Stripe. Your plan stays active through the paid period. If that period expires without successful renewal, petitions stop accepting new signatures and confirmations. Existing confirmed signatures remain available for export.
What does my organization need to provide?
Your campaign story, organizer name, registered website address, and an HTTPS link to your organization’s privacy policy. Choose your decision-makers, branding, and whether to collect ZIP codes.
